Tel Aviv Decides to Name Streets for Hubermann and Toscanini

The Tel Aviv municipality decided today to name two of its streets for the late Arturo Toscanini and Bronislaw Hubermann, who founded the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra in 1936. The Maestro conducted the first concert.
