Ten men connected with the United Relief Associations, 216 Madison street, were arraigned yesterday before Magistrate Thomas A. Aurelio in First District Magistrate’s Court, after Detective John C. Leffler of the District Attorney’s office, who made the arrests, had described the methods of operation of charity racketeers.
