Ten attorneys have volunteered to assist Judge Nathan Sweedler to speed up pending cases at the Third District Municipal Court in Brooklyn, during the week of April 9. They are to act as arbitrators and conciliators whenever litigants and their counsel are willing to submit cases for hearing.
Those who are to aid Judge Sweedler are Joseph J. Reiher, Paul R. Silverstein, M. Maldwin Fertig, Harry Greenberg, Charles W. Philipbar, Harry A. Goidel, John Patterson, Morris Streicker, George Lion Cohen and Irving E. Meller.
