Terrorists Kill 2 Arab Notables

Arab terrorists today killed two Arab notables and seriously wounded another. One of the victims, Achmed Raibid, member of the Nashashibi family, was slain in an early morning raid on the village of Sif in the Jenin region. His brother, Muhamid, was wounded. The other slaying occurred in front of the Acre post office.

A large band damaged plantations and buildings of the Government agricultural station at Faradia near Jenin. An Arab, Mohammed Hassan, was hanged in Acre prison under a sentence passed by the Haifa Military Court on May 10.
