The American Jewish Committee is cosponsoring a Thanksgiving project honoring America’s democracy and diversity. The centerpiece of the initiative is “America’s Table: A Thanksgiving Reader.” It was published by the American Jewish Committee in cooperation with several other groups, including the NAACP, the Cuban American National Council, the Islamic Supreme Council, the Japanese American Citizens League and the Joint Center for Political and Economic Studies.
