The American Jewish Congress welcomed a resolution adopted by the U.S. Conference of Mayors condemning Palestinian terrorism. Approved Monday at their annual meeting in Madison, Wis., the resolution declared that the “deliberate killing of civilians is an abomination and cannot be rationalized or justified as the result of any situation or circumstance.”
