The Anti-Defamation League is appealing after a U.S. court upheld a $9.75 million jury award against the group. Last month’s ruling upheld a 2000 decision against the group’s Mountain States chapter and its director for violating the Federal Wiretap Act and defaming a Colorado couple publicly accused of anti-Semitism.
