The best chicken soup in America will soon simmer to the top. A contest dubbed the “Chicken Soup Challenge” kicked off this week, hatched by the National Jewish Outreach Program of New York. Chicken-soup cooks should submit recipes to www.njop.org, or via e-mail to soup@njop.org, by Feb. 2.
