The Board of Governors of the Jewish Agency for Israel approved Sunday an $11 million allocation for the absorption of Jews from Ethiopia, Russia and Yugoslavia. An Ethiopian Air flight carrying 88 Jewish immigrants from the northern Kwara region is expected to land in Tel Aviv Tuesday evening.
