The Brucke Museum in Berlin will return a painting stolen by the Nazis to heirs of the Jewish family that owned it before World War II. Ernst Ludwig Kirchner’s “Berliner Strassenszene,” painted in 1913 at the height of Kirchner’s expressionist career, is valued at $12.59 million, the Associated Press reported.
