The Capetown Municipal Council today accepted a resolution expressing “abhorrence at the acts of cruelty and persecution perpetrated against members of the Jewish and other faiths in Germany.” A copy of the resolution was given to the Government of the Union of South Africa with the request that it be forwarded to the German Government.
