The children and family of American citizens murdered in 1996 by Palestinian terrorists are filing a $250 million lawsuit in a U.S. court against the Palestinian Authority, the PLO and Yasser Arafat. The suit claims the defendants are liable for the deaths of Yaron and Efrat Ungar because they provide Hamas shelter, safe haven and a base of operations from which to carry out terrorist attacks.
