The city of Madrid inaugurated Plaza Yitzhak Rabin in honor of the late Israeli prime minister. With Rabin’s daughter, Dalia, present, Madrid Mayor Alberto Ruiz-Gallardon and Israeli Ambassador Victor Harel dedicated the plaza last Friday.
