The Claims Conference has made a handbook available for Holocaust survivors seeking German Social Security payments. The handbook for survivors who worked in Nazi ghettos during the war, or their spouses, is available at www.claimscon.org, by e-mail at info@claimscon.org, or by telephone at (646) 536-9100 (ask for the Department of Services). The deadline to apply for the Social Security payments is June 30.
