The crown prince of the United Arab Emirates said Israelis should visit his country. The prince, Sheik Mohammed bin Rashid al Maktoum, made the comments Tuesday amid a visit to Dubai by an 80- person Israeli delegation to the annual conference of the International Monetary Fund and World Bank.
