The European Union’s president condemned Israel’s decision to expand its Lebanon offensive. “It is unacceptable for Israel to continue with its current policy,” Finnish Foreign Minister Erkki Tuomioja, whose country holds the rotating E.U. presidency, told reporters Tuesday.
