The exile of 13 Palestinian terrorists who took over Bethlehem’s Church of the Nativity breaks the Geneva Conventions, the International Red Cross said. But the group admitted last Friday that the expulsion, part of a deal reached earlier this month to end a month-long standoff at the church, probably was the only short-term solution.
