The familiar noises of vendors hawking their goods at Jerusalem’s Mahane Yehuda outdoor market will be replaced next week with the sweet sounds of music. Israel’s Philharmonic is planning to give a special performance July 2 in the parking lot adjacent to the market, the Israeli daily Ma’ariv reported.
