The families of seven of the 11 people killed in a suicide bombing at a Jerusalem cafe a year ago filed a $27 million lawsuit Sunday against Yasser Arafat and the Palestinian Authority. The lawsuit claimed that the terrorists who carried out the attack were following Arafat’s orders.
