The family of a Toronto-born doctor killed by a Palestinian suicide bomber in 2004 joined Canadian families lobbying to allow civil suits against states and organizations that support terrorist groups. The family of Yehezkel Goldberg joined others who have lost loved ones in terrorist attacks, seeking “the opportunity to fight back and do something,” according to Aaron Blumenfeld, a Toronto lawyer working with the Canadian Coalition Against Terror.
