The family of an American citizen shot to death by Palestinian terrorists is seeking $250 million in damages in a lawsuit filed in a Washington court against the Palestinian Authority and its president, Yasser Arafat. The family of Esh Kodesh Gilmore, who was killed in an Israeli social security office in eastern Jerusalem last year, claims that members of Arafat’s presidential guard, are responsible for his death.
