The five nations with veto power on the U.N. Security Council agreed to report Iran to the council. In an all-night meeting Monday in London, France, Britain and the United States convinced Russia and China to support reporting the Islamic republic to the Security Council by March if there is no breakthrough in its cooperation with nuclear inspectors.
