The interim findings of the inquiry into September’s bungled attempt by Mossad agents to assassinate a senior Hamas leader in Jordan are expected to exonerate Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu for the failure, according to the Israeli daily Ha’aretz. The interim report, which is scheduled to be submitted in two weeks, is expected to place much of the blame on Mossad chief Danny Yatom.
