The Israel Cancer Research Fund here has awarded $537,500 to 39 of Israel’s leading young physicians and scientists, the largest private grant ever made to encourage cancer studies in Israel. A total of 35 Fellowships — annual grants of $12,500 each — were allocated by the Fund’s scientific review panel at its annual meeting in New York.
