The Israel Policy Forum thanked Paul Wolfowitz for supporting an alternative Israeli-Palestinian peace plan. In a letter to the influential U.S. deputy defense secretary, IPF Chairman Marvin Lender and Executive Director Debra Wasserman said Wolfowitz’s support of the plan, proposed by former Israeli security chief Ami Ayalon and Palestinian intellectual Sari Nusseibeh, would help Israel on its quest for peace.
