The Israeli navy blew up a Palestinian fishing boat off the Gaza Strip. The boat was spotted Tuesday near the settlement of Dugit in waters declared off-limits to Palestinian vessels, The Associated Press reported. The two fishermen on the boat were detained for questioning.
