The last surviving leader of the Warsaw Ghetto Uprising protested a decision by Polish Radio to hire a controversial commentator. Marek Edelman is protesting the decision to hire journalist Stanislaw Michalkiewicz. Michalkiewicz made an anti-Semitic comment last spring on Radio Maryja, a Catholic radio station, but the criminal case against him on the issue was dropped.
