The laying of the cornerstone of the Jewish Educational and Cultural Center to be erected by the Baron Hirsch Congregation of Memphis, Tenn. will take place on March 4. At the same time Rabbi Elijah D. Stampfer, rabbi of the congregation, will be installed.
