The League of Nations today accepted the Mandates Commission’s proposal to convoke an extra session on May 31 for a discussion of the Palestine problem.

It is expected that by that time the Royal Commission of Inquiry, sent by Great Britain to investigate administration of the Palestine mandate in connection with recent disorders, will have submitted its report. Full discussion of the Palestine problem was deferred at the last session of the Mandates Commission pending completion of the inquiry.
