The man whose son’s death in the Crown Heights section of Brooklyn 10 years ago sparked days of rioting met with the brother of a yeshiva student killed during the riots. “Violence can never be justified, nor ought it be condoned,” said Norman Rosenbaum, the brother of the student, after meeting with Carmel Cato in a kosher delicatessen in Brooklyn.
