The Manchester Guardina reported from Moscow that many Jewish refugees from Germany were among persons recently arrested. The newspaper declared that 15 of 100 Jewish doctors brought to the Soviet in 1936 and 1937 were arrested after they had become citizens, while 50 other who retained their German Citizenship were expelled.
