The Mexican Ambassador to Israel, Raul Valdez Aguilar, presented decorations and honorary certificates on Friday to members of the Israel Defense Force delegation which went to Mexico to provide aid to persons injured in the earthquake in Mexico City a year ago. The ceremony was held at the Ambassador’s residence in Herzlia Pituah.
