The Moscow office of the Anti-Defamation League and the California-based Bay Area Council for Jewish Rescue and Renewal organized a two-day seminar in Russia for local law enforcement officials. More than 50 people attended the weekend seminar, which focused on teaching the officials how to deal with anti-Semitic and xenophobic incidents.
