The National Council of Jewish woman joined a first-of-its-kind thrift store alliance in Pennsylvania. The alliance of 40 thrift stores in the state’s southwest brings together Goodwill, the Salvation Army, St. Vincent de Paul, Bethlehem Haven and NCJW, The Associated Press reported last week.
