The new Law Center at Bar-Ilan University in Israel has been named for Dr. Emanuel Rackman, president of the University, in honor of his 75th birthday, and a $4 million campaign to build it was launched — of which $1.5 million has already been pledged. The pledges were made at the University’s annual academic convocation and dinner, which marked the 30th anniversary of the founding of Bar-Ilan and also celebrated Rackman’s birthday.
