The Palestinian Authority denied reports that P.A. officials asked the European Union to blacklist Hamas as a terrorist organization. The reports, from Israel Radio and the European Union, say that representatives of P.A. Prime Minister Mahmoud Abbas asked the European Union to put additional pressure on Hamas to accept a cease-fire with Israel.
