The Palestinians have no right to an independent state unless they stop using terrorism against Israel, the Czech prime minister told the Czech Parliament. On April 25, Milos Zeman also said the Palestinians would have had a state already if they had met their security obligations and not rejected concessions offered by former Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak.
