The prime minister of Turkey said Israel is heading toward war. Bulent Ecevit said after speaking with Ariel Sharon “it became very clear that Israel was inclined toward war.” He said last Friday the Israeli prime minister told him he intends to “be rid of” Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat.
