The rate of Soviet Jewish dropouts on route to Israel remained at 51 percent in April, according to the latest report of the Jewish Agency immigration and Absorption Department. Of the 1252 Jews who left the USSR last month, 638 went via Vienna to other countries, and 614 continued on their way to Israel.
