To the Editor, Jewish Daily Bulletin:

It is a comfort, in this day and age, when world leaders throughout Europe are using racial prejudice as a stepping stone to power, to find one man, who towers above them all, revealing anew the crystal-clear beauty of his soul.

I refer to our own dear President Roosevelt, whose message on the eve of the National Conference for Palestine again discloses what all of us with any sense always have known — that he is truly molded in the proportions which mark the man of the ages.

In expressing his whole-hearted approval of the task the Jews have set for themselves in building a homeland in Palestine, our President obviously speaks sincerely, from a heart that is big enough to encompass every need of the variegated collection of racial elements which go to make up these blessed United States of ours.
