The Siegfried and Irma Ullmann Building for cancer and related diseases was formally opened at the Hadassah Medical Center here Sunday. The $15 million facility, financed by special grants from the Siegfried and Irma Ullmann foundation, the U.S. Agency for International Development and substantial sums raised in Israel, will be open to patients from all over the Middle East. Europe and Israel.
