The Simon Wiesenthal Center asked Russian President Vladimir Putin to release all evidence on the 1947 execution of Swedish diplomat Raoul Wallenberg in Moscow. “After 55 years of lies, the world may finally learn the truth of the ultimate fate of the greatest Holocaust rescuer,” the center’s associate dean said. Wallenberg saved tens of thousands of Hungarian Jews during World War II.
