The Survivors of the Shoah Visual History Foundation and the Italian state archive announced a partnership to catalog some 400 Italian-language testimonies of Holocaust survivors. The announcement of the testimonies, which will be used to educate young Italians, came Wednesday as part of ceremonies marking the anniversary of the deportation of Italian Jews to Auschwitz.
The Archive of the Jewish Telegraphic Agency includes articles published from 1923 to 2008. Archive stories reflect the journalistic standards and practices of the time they were published.
