Samuel Diener, former Mayor of Culpeper, Va., died last Friday in Baltimore, Md. He was 65 years old.
Mr. Diener, a native of Baltimore, moved to Culpeper 45 years ago, where he engaged in the clothing business and became active in the city administration.
