The U.N. Security Council approved a presidential statement Thursday on Israel’s killing of four peacekeepers in Lebanon. The council also expressed “deep concern” for Lebanese causalities, displaced persons and damage to infrastructure, as well as for Israeli civilian causalities and suffering.
