The U.S. Advisory Committee on Religious Freedom Abroad issued a report stating that members of all the world’s major religions suffer mistreatment, including torture and death. One section of the report said “certain Christian, Jewish and Zoroastrian communities” in Iran were “victims of harassment, persecution and extrajudicial killing.”
