The U.S. State Department is praising Europe for new efforts to combat anti-Semitism. “European governments, we feel, are beginning to take this problem seriously,” said John Hanford, U.S. ambassador at large for international religious freedom, as part of the presentation of the annual Report on International Religious Freedom.
