The umbrella organization of U.S. Jewish groups says the “road map” peace plan should be declared dead if the Palestinians don’t wage war on terrorist groups. The Conference of Presidents of Major American Jewish Organizations said in a statement Wednesday that Palestinian Authority Prime Minister Mahmoud Abbas knows who is behind attacks like Tuesday’s Jerusalem bus bombing but won’t confront them.
