The United States asked Prime Minister Ariel Sharon for clarifications regarding the presence of two Palestinian-American children in the building in which the head of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine, Abu Ali Mustafa, was killed in an Israeli rocket strike. According to Palestinian sources, the two children, vacationing in Ramallah, were injured by glass shards.
