The United States has sanctioned a Russian arms maker for selling nuclear equipment to Iran. The state-owned Russian company Tula Instrument Design Bureau was sanctioned for selling laser-guided artillery shells to Tehran, and it can no longer receive licenses or transactions from the United States.
